If you think you have a Non-Conformance issue with your products, please contact us directly. Any Non-Conformance will need a form to be completed in order to log the issue. Additional information in the form of videos or images is often helpful at this stage.
The Non Conformance will then be reported to the manufacturer for recommendations as to a solution.
